FEE SCHEDULE

Private Mediations:

HALF DAY: $2,250.  Consists of five hours inclusive of review of exhibits and briefs, pre-mediation calls with counsel, and four hours of session time.  $450 per hour thereafter, in 1/2 hour increments.

FULL DAY: $4,500.  Consists of ten hours inclusive of review of exhibits and briefs, pre-mediation calls with counsel, and eight hours of session time.  $450 per hour thereafter, in 1/2 hour increments.

CASE MANAGEMENT FEE: $150 per party.

Superior Court Ordered Civil Meditations:

CIVIL UNLIMITED: San Diego, $250 per hour for each of the first two hours and $450 per hour thereafter. Orange County, $150 per hour for each of the first two hours and $450 per hour thereafter.

 

CIVIL LIMITED: $150 per hour for each of the first two hours and  $450 per hour thereafter.
